Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and able to manage event logistics effectively
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and supplies
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met
- Assist in the creation and execution of event timelines and schedules
- Help with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place
- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
