Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and supplies
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met
  • Assist in the creation and execution of event timelines and schedules
  • Help with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place
  • Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
