Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events, open houses, and client presentations.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, client follow-up, and scheduling.
- Maintain event materials, track attendance, and manage logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all events reflect the brand standards of Property Soar.
- Participate in local networking opportunities to promote company services.
