Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Two plus (2+) years STEM or Tech/IT equivalent event or competition management experience
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Professional experience with Stiletto Maritime Platform
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of the competition lifecycle, from initial planning and participant recruitment to event logistics, judging coordination, and awards distribution
