Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (agency or corporate experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to align event goals with brand objectives.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
  • Oversee logistics including timelines, staffing, permits, transportation, and setup/tear-down.
  • Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
  • Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with event software or project management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
