Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (agency or corporate experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and client teams to align event goals with brand objectives.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Oversee logistics including timelines, staffing, permits, transportation, and setup/tear-down.
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the event planning process.
- Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
- Handle on-site event coordination and troubleshooting to ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with event software or project management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
