Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events including conferences, corporate functions, and special events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and vendor management.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their expectations and goals are met.
  • Oversee event setup and manage on-site event execution.
  • Maintain event budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Provide post-event reports and gather feedback to improve future events.
