Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events including conferences, corporate functions, and special events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and vendor management.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their expectations and goals are met.
- Oversee event setup and manage on-site event execution.
- Maintain event budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Provide post-event reports and gather feedback to improve future events.
