Requirements

Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events including property launches, client mixers, and networking functions
- Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate logistics including venue booking, permits, catering, and equipment rentals
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality execution
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, team members, and attendees
- Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports
- Ensure all events reflect the company’s professional brand and image
