Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or related role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends based on event schedules
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-site support
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and ensure expectations are met
- Research and secure venues, vendors, permits, and suppliers as needed
- Develop detailed event plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
- Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events
- Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for branded materials and event promotion (no direct social media responsibilities)
