Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or related role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-site support
  • Communicate with clients to understand their goals and ensure expectations are met
  • Research and secure venues, vendors, permits, and suppliers as needed
  • Develop detailed event plans and schedules, and monitor progress
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
  • Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events
  • Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for branded materials and event promotion (no direct social media responsibilities)
