Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure event objectives are met
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate event set-up and breakdown
  • Monitor events on-site to ensure flawless execution
  • Resolve any issues that arise during planning or on the day of the event
  • Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
