Requirements

Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure event objectives are met
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Conduct site visits and coordinate event set-up and breakdown
- Monitor events on-site to ensure flawless execution
- Resolve any issues that arise during planning or on the day of the event
- Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
