Requirements
- 3+ years of ETL development experience with Python
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and data migration concepts
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, Talend)
- Experience with the AWS cloud platform
- Experience with Agile development and version control systems (Git)
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance required
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL processes using Python
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Automate and optimize ETL workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes
- Develop and manage data pipelines for data ingestion and processing
- Implement data validation and cleansing techniques
- Document ETL processes and data workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS S3, RDS, EMR, and OpenSearch
- Experience with large-scale data migration
- Experience with SQL Query Engines like Trino and Presto
- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Experience with Parquet file format and best practices for storage and performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
