Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, culture, change management, program management, compliance and/or governance in a large organization
  • Proven experience in managing and overseeing multiple projects and workstreams using tools such as JIRA and other project management software
  • Experience using MIRO boards and building Tableau dashboards
  • Outstanding English written and oral communication skills, including clear and concise writing and editorial skills and excellent listening skills
  • Strong analytical, issue-spotting and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to handle complex, sensitive issues

Responsibilities

  • Execute and implement our firm’s global Ethics and Integrity program overseeing and managing various projects and workstreams using tools such as JIRA and other project management software
  • Set up and monitor complex project schedules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare materials to support clear articulation of our ethics obligations to various stakeholders as well as refine and adjust our approaches and frameworks to enable an effective and comprehensive program
  • Support initiatives to infuse integrity into our firm’s recruiting, training, way we work, evaluation, disclosures, and promotion processes
  • Identify and leverage internal and external data to enable regular reporting, actionable insights, and compelling recommendations for the ethics and integrity program
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional and senior stakeholder group (e.g., Legal, Risk) across our firm in a timely and efficient manner
  • Play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices

  • Advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications preferred
  • Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to manage ambiguity with confidence
