Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree
- At least five years of related regulatory, compliance or legal experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs, including AMN’s Ethics in Action program. Ensure programs are tailored to AMN’s business, risks and regulatory requirements;
- Lead AMN’s Ethics Champion network in implementing programming and communications promoting AMN’s culture of ethics. This includes coordinating the Ethics Champion appointment process, organizing and presenting at Ethics Champion meetings, and coordinating related activities and deadlines;
- Partner with company leaders and Ethics Champions to develop and implement compliance control and audit programs targeting specific department risks; facilitate messaging around audit plans while tracking annual audit plan submissions and bi-annual certifications;
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure awareness and understanding; manage training curriculum within the Learning Management System (LMS), facilitate compliance-related training communications, follow-up, reporting, and tracking;
- Create, update, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory standards; facilitate effective communication of compliance policies and procedures throughout the organization;
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify compliance risks, gaps, and potential areas of concern within the organization;
- Establish monitoring mechanisms to track compliance performance, conduct periodic audits, and generate compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities;
- Draft targeted and all-employee messaging on ethics and compliance program activities and related substantive topics;
- Maintain compliance sections of Legal & Compliance Department intranet site and Ethics in Action Program site, ensure content and program calendar are current;
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging risks to ensure the organization remains compliant and prepared for future challenges;
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities, assessments, and audit findings; report in compliance-related metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Compliance related certification
- Proficiency in impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with audio visual and online meeting tools
