Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or advanced graduate degrees in Law or Accounting
  • 3+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization
  • 1+ years testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs
  • Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
  • Experience working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams
  • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program
  • Select samples, review documentation, assess non-compliance and support remediation efforts
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from the firm’s Risk and Legal groups to ensure cross-functional communication as it relates to monitoring results and overall remediation efforts
  • Contribute to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of the Firm
  • Collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders across all firm functions on the programmatic needs of the firm
  • Be a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process
