Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or advanced graduate degrees in Law or Accounting
- 3+ years of professional experience in risk, ethics, compliance and/or governance in a large organization
- 1+ years testing internal controls, conducting compliance audits, or monitoring compliance programs
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality to progress on ambiguous problems and see them through to resolution
- Experience working in highly dynamic cross-functional and global teams
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
Responsibilities
- Develop firm-wide Ethics and Compliance capabilities by assisting in implementing and executing a comprehensive monitoring program
- Select samples, review documentation, assess non-compliance and support remediation efforts
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from the firm’s Risk and Legal groups to ensure cross-functional communication as it relates to monitoring results and overall remediation efforts
- Contribute to developing solutions tailored for the unique needs of the Firm
- Collaborate with a varied set of stakeholders across all firm functions on the programmatic needs of the firm
- Be a pivotal contributor to the overall change management process
