Requirements
- Relevant BA/BS degree required
- 10+ years industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investments
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics internally and externally
- Knowledge of relevant tools helpful (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills
- Must be comfortable with extensive travel (> 50%)
Responsibilities
- Managing a territory to generate sales and revenue to meet objectives
- Cultivating key relationships with wealth management clients, positioning FT’s ETF lineup through those contacts
- Educating, training and interacting with other Distribution areas and partners within Franklin Templeton to enhance awareness of the ETF offerings and developments
- Maintaining knowledge of industry related topics, proficiency in delivering value-added presentations to a broad array of audiences
- Updating activity in CRM and working with Sales Management on tactical initiatives and projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred locations: Houston, Dallas or Los Angeles. This role will support the Southwest territory.
