Requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements and solutions in Workday HCM
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM module(s) including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting as per the client’s business processes
- Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for improvements to existing HR processes using Workday best practices
- Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation from legacy systems to Workday
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing efforts with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct workshops to educate end users on Workday functionality
- Contribute to project documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and training guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success
