Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP GL module and workflow configuration.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the SAP General Ledger module, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze and reconcile GL accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design, configure, and maintain SAP workflows to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and implement solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements related to financial processes and systems.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead or support SAP GL module implementations and upgrades.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of SAP systems.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools.
- Prepare documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Able to manage Internal / External Audits.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) or related modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), or Controlling (CO)
