Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Head of Growth Equity for North America ECM in San Francisco, alongside the growth Investment Banking coverage teams
  • Partner with internal team members (ECM, Corporate & Investment Banking, Risk, Legal, Operations) and external partners (Investors, External Counsel) to guide clients through the equity capital raising process and execution of an offering from launch to close
  • Conduct in-depth technical, economic and statistical analysis on equity market data (such as deal volume, pricing and tenor) to identify market and industry trends
  • Create pitches, deliverables, and discussion materials for client meetings based on in-depth analysis of client’s existing financial instruments and condition and the market environment
  • Evaluate company’s financial performance compared to overall industry and market trends
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
