Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in healthcare, or related area, or comparable work experience
  • Four years of relevant experience required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects
  • Ability to learn new systems software
  • Independent, very organized and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the implementation and oversight of imaging equipment-related projects
  • Coordinating imaging equipment projects, procurement, installations, and facility improvements
  • Managing minor renovations
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries
  • Assisting in procurement processes
  • Tracking key project milestones
  • Providing routine project status updates to leadership
  • Serving as a liaison among vendors, imaging leadership, clinical engineering, IT, and facilities management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred
