Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with focus on ergonomics and human factors design, program development and project oversight.
- Ability to identify risks when processes are still in a digital state
- Experience in 29 CFR 1910 General Industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9241 and 6385 standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective at engaging with leadership, regulators, front-line staff, and third-party partners
- Capability to manage multiple activities/projects and deadlines
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled sites
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary EHS subject matter expert for human factors to the manufacturing engineering and industrial engineering teams.
- Responsible for creating ergonomics standards for the company to guide engineering teams and production teams on effective production space design.
- Will work with manufacturing engineering teams to identify and mitigate human factors risks while still in a digital state.
- Will develop and implement a program to identify and mitigate human factors risks with the ability to gamify the process through teams competing internally and externally to determine the most creative and effective risk reducing projects.

- Collaborative individual who is most comfortable working in a team environment on a shared task.
- Regarded as a subject matter expert in ergonomics and human factors
- Experience with gamification of EHS programs
- Willingness to travel (25%)
