Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or related field
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Requires a demonstrated proficiency in both written and oral communication skills
- Thorough understanding of all environmental rules and regulations
Responsibilities
- Supporting various environmental projects in bringing effective solutions to complex environmental problems
- Working with various clients and regulators in developing these solutions
- Gaining technical experience as you work towards your professional geologist certification
- Working with senior technical personnel and project manager to further your career goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with emerging contaminants (e.g., PFAS and 1,4-dioxane)
- Experience with sediment investigation and remediation
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (and up to date refresher) training preferred
- Fundamentals of Geology certification with goal of obtaining your Professional Geologist licensure
