Requirements

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
- Process orders and handle returns or exchanges as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
- Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
