Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue invoices
- Generate and send out invoices and account statements
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues professionally
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
