Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate between internal departments to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and supervisors
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
- Help manage budgets and ensure profitability of projects
- Support senior account managers and participate in training programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or customer service experience is a plus but not required
