Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue environment.
Responsibilities
- Relay information, messages, and/or emergencies to and from appropriate personnel by telephone or two-way radio
- Follow the established protocol for reporting injuries and rendering appropriate first aid to injured individuals
- Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene to prevent further loss or damage, informing personnel of threats and potential threats, summoning emergency responders, and initiating and conducting evacuation procedures.
