Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of Transaction Testing for assigned Regulatory Filings
- Train junior staff and raise issues to senior team members
- Responsible for the development of direct reports
- Plan testing and reviews
- Conduct and manage documentation of the review process
- Analyze the results of testing and review activities
- Provide consulting services for clients on transaction testing issues
