Enterprise Systems Engineering Manager

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years experience leading and managing teams within an engineering organization
Experience building or structuring organizations
Experience with multi-technology vendors
Proven relationship management experience and experience working within a global organization
Experience thinking strategically with analytical and problem-solving experience
Experience in identifying, utilizing and communicating service level performance metrics

Lead a team responsible for a diverse set of infrastructure technologies
Contribute to technical architectures, tooling needs, automation plans and other issues and create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical enhancements
Work closely with network engineering, security and core infrastructure teams to plan and execute against a broad array of business and product needs leveraging existing Facebook tooling and infrastructure whenever feasible
Drive efficiency while leveraging automation and innovation to scale to support Meta needs
Work with a diverse set of enterprise, research and engineering teams to provide Client infrastructure and support
Capacity planning, forecasting/asset lifecycle management and budget management
Help engineers develop their careers, assigning them to projects tailored to their skill levels, long-term skill development, personalities, and work styles
Balance the need to ‘keep things running’ with allocating time to long-term, high-impact projects
