Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the networking or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise switching technologies and software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with PLM tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise switching software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
  • Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA is a plus.
