Enterprise Switching Software Product Line Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the networking or telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of enterprise switching technologies and software.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with PLM tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise switching software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
