Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the networking or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise switching technologies and software.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with PLM tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enterprise switching software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including product launches, updates, and end-of-life planning.
- Create and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
