Enterprise Solutions Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing technology solutions and teams.
Strong knowledge of no-code and low-code platforms, particularly Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficiency in Power BI and other Microsoft tools.
Experience with CRM systems and their implementation.
Understanding of data warehouse principles and their application.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Lead the Enterprise Solutions team, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the development and implementation of end-user technology solutions, utilizing no-code and low-code platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to create impactful business solutions.
Implement and manage CRM systems to improve customer interactions, data management, and business insights.
Understand and apply data warehouse principles to ensure effective data management, integration, and reporting.
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding user needs, providing timely support, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to identify technological needs and opportunities.
Provide training and support to team members and end-users on new technologies and best practices.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion.
