Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD ‘PUBLIC TRUST’; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
  • FIVE (5) or more years of consulting experience or other relevant experience
  • THREE (3) or more year of client-facing consulting experience
  • Experience with Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient in O365 service applications/content migrations
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions to automate business processes and improve productivity

Responsibilities

  • Independently engage with stakeholders to conduct requirements analysis, documentation, and validation
  • Oversee and sustaining SharePoint Online environments, setting up features, resolving issues, assuring peak performance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Diagnosing and resolving problems effectively
  • Identify opportunities for automation to enhance processes, workflows, or system uptime via the Power Platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with compliance and data governance features such as retention policies, data loss preventions (DLP), and eDiscovery within Microsoft 365
  • Proficient developing PowerBI solutions
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions
  • Skilled in working autonomously and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
