Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or large-scale systems design.
- Expertise in at least three key domains: GTM, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Center, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Security.
- Proven experience in cloud-native architectures, microservices, API management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong background in ERP, CRM, Billing, DCIM, PDM, Procurement, and Data Platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Snowflake).
- Deep understanding of business process automation, data governance, security frameworks, and compliance best practices.
- Experience leading complex IT transformations, system consolidations, and enterprise-wide migrations.
- Strong ability to communicate technical strategy to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- A pragmatic and consultative approach, with the ability to drive consensus and execute impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define & Drive Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain a scalable, future-proof architecture that unifies the business and IT systems across GTM, Finance, DC Ops, PDM, Supply Chain, Infra, Eng, and Security.
- Lead Cross-Domain Integrations: Architect solutions that enable seamless interoperability between ERP, CRM, Billing, Asset Management, and Data Infrastructure systems.
- Optimize Business Processes & Systems: Standardize and modernize quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and asset management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Enhance Data & Analytics Architecture: Partner with data teams to establish a domain-driven data architecture, enabling a unified data layer for real-time analytics, AI-driven insights, and process automation.
- Champion Cloud & Security Best Practices: Ensure IT systems align with modern cloud architectures, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Lead Technical Governance & Roadmaps: Guide technology investments, platform decisions, and system migrations, minimizing technical debt while maximizing business impact.
- Collaborate with Executive & Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering, security, and business leaders to drive the adoption of best practices and ensure seamless execution of large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Support Business Growth & Innovation: Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring CoreWeave’s IT ecosystem is resilient, adaptable, and built for scale.
