Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
- Experience in Public Cloud, Data Center, and Branch Offices infrastructure architecture domains.
- Experience with virtualization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, etc.), networking, storage, compute, and security frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Design and oversee the implementation of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure architectural solutions.
- Develops technical solution architecture based on the requirements and presents it to the architecture governance body.
- Ensure the solution meets reliability, scalability, security, and performance across all platforms.
- Develop standards, guidelines, patterns and principles for IT systems and infrastructure.
- Applies deep understanding of emerging technologies and architectural best practices to evaluate, prototype, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategy and strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with application, data, and security architects to ensure seamless integration across systems.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technologies.
- Establish architecture governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executives.
- Lead architecture review boards and provide thought leadership to cross-functional teams.
- Leads the resolution of technical issues, ensuring timely and effective outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on customer follow-up and service quality.
- Provide architectural oversight on major IT initiatives and transformation projects.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and management for infrastructure services.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP/Azure/AWS Professional or Solutions Architect, Virtualization, Systems, Networking, ITIL, or similar architecture/IT certifications.
