Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, preferably with experience in the CME industry
- Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Experience with CRM systems and enterprise sales methodologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting high-value accounts in the CME industry
- Guide deals forward by aligning Databricks’ solutions with the strategic goals of enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with System Integrators to create comprehensive solutions for complex client needs
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Serve as the primary liaison between Databricks and organizations
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, with opportunities for accelerators above 100% quota attainment
- Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue potential within the vertical
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
