Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seven years of experience with specific responsibilities in one of the following areas: Senior level technology consulting experience with a major consulting firm or IT vendor, Experience leading projects or implementations with Fortune 500 corporations in the areas of cost optimization, contact center optimization, carrier negotiation, telecom expense management, or business process optimization, Has demonstrated thought leadership in the area of business process, contact centers, or communication through whitepapers, conference presentation, blogs or other media
- Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate strategy and ideas to your clients
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Knowledge of cost drivers in both enterprise and contact center strategies and the impact of communications on the value chain in various industries
- Proven ability to assess and map client business requirements to technology/solution roadmaps highlighting benefits and phase delivery
- Strong skills in business case creation and financial ROI modeling
Responsibilities
- Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned customer accounts
- Be responsible for achieving business results such as client satisfaction and revenue generation
- Anticipate and identify complex business needs and recommend solutions for optimization or issues
- Collaborate with internal departments such as network services, operations, service delivery, and other cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients
- Identify opportunities for client portfolio and services expansion
- Travel frequently to client locations
- Create and delivery quarterly business reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Solutioning telecom and emerging technologies fixed, mobility, cloud, managed and advanced services experience strongly preferred
- Direct client management experience and ability to establish relationships with senior level client contacts
- Understand how emerging technologies can affect business processes, how corporations make purchase and financing decision, and how contact center or knowledge workers can optimize their business processes
