Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven success in Enterprise Technology Sales, with healthcare technology experience preferred
- Consistent record of exceeding quota and delivering exceptional results
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships with senior executives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strategic thinking and deal orchestration capabilities
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure in unstructured environments
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed quota
- Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to each prospect’s unique challenges
- Navigate complex buying committees and build consensus among multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and strategic partnerships to maximize value
- Identify patterns and opportunities in the market before competitors
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Build a strong internal network across product, engineering, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product roadmap
- Maintain exceptional customer relationships post-sale to drive expansion opportunities
- Represent Silna at industry events and establish thought leadership
- Understand the healthcare provider landscape and articulate our value proposition
- Develop a deep knowledge of our customers’ business challenges and priorities
- Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings
- Provide strategic market intelligence to inform product development
- Contribute to refining pricing strategies and sales methodologies
