Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management in fintech, payments, or e-commerce
- Proven track of managing complex, high-value deals with global enterprise clients
- Skilled at navigating large organizations and building relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business models, payments infrastructure, and how technology drives revenue and efficiency
- Successful track records of achieving commercial targets
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Analytical problem solver, customer-obsessed, team-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and presentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, change, and autonomy
- Self-starter who can manage multiple enterprise clients and priorities independently
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with key enterprise clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals, challenges, and decision-making process
- Create and execute detailed account plans tailored to each strategic account
- Drive account growth through consultative selling and long-term partnership strategies
- Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Navigate complex client organizations to uncover new opportunities and influence buying decisions
- Lead negotiation of contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing satisfaction
- Interpret data (market data, competitive data, proprietary data, and client-supplied data) to include in the data-driven decision-making process
- Serve as the main contact for all strategic account activities
