Requirements
- 3–8 years of success in a hybrid enterprise sales / account management role.
- Background in commercial real estate, recruiting technology, or job board/talent marketplace strongly preferred.
- Proven success driving revenue and managing key relationships in a B2B SaaS or job board environment.
- Strong understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and hiring workflows.
- Skilled in consultative and value-based negotiation, driving win-win outcomes that deepen partnerships and accelerate deal cycles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, and a data-driven approach to client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting to land new business with top North American CRE firms.
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development and close.
- Collaborate with marketing to shape GTM messaging, campaigns, and event strategy.
- Lead high-level conversations with CRE HR leaders and decision-makers about job board value and performance.
- Negotiate complex enterprise agreements with HR and procurement leaders, balancing client objectives with revenue and margin goals.
- Design tailored proposals and enterprise pricing plans to meet client hiring goals.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for top-tier clients post-sale, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account growth.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients to understand hiring needs, showcase results, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance on job posting best practices, branding, and platform features.
- Monitor account performance, usage trends, and key metrics; proactively address risks to retention or revenue.
- Coordinate with product and operations teams to advocate for client needs and improve user experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our job board strategy—focusing on monetization, pricing innovation, and client performance optimization.
- Work with CRE channel partners and CRE associations (ALM, BOMA, CCIM, CoreNet, CREFC, CREW, NAIOP, NAREIM, NAREITö, NMHC, PREA, ULI) to boost job board visibility and engagement.
- Track industry hiring trends and translate them into actionable revenue-driving insights.
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
