Requirements
- HS diploma with at least 4 years of relevant experience for Level 3
- Military training in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience for Level 3
- Associates degree in STEM discipline and 1 year’s relevant experience for Level 3
- HS diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience for Level 4
- Military training in a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience for Level 4
- Associates degree in STEM or related discipline and 2 years relevant experience for Level 4
- Substantial experience across various Manufacturing disciplines such as NDT, Inspection, Electrical, Mechanical
Responsibilities
- Executing standard technical tasks that support manufacturing and engineering operations
- Testing, checking, fabricating, modifying, and assembling electronic and electro-mechanical systems
- Conducting standard operational tests and identifying faults in systems and equipment
- Working alongside Engineers and Technicians to enhance layout designs and workflow efficiency
- Supporting Manufacturing Engineers in creating documentation and evaluating process plans
- Aiding in the organization and coordination of production activities
- Contributing insights for cross-training initiatives and effective labor management
- Offering on-site technical assistance to production staff during operations
- Assisting with intricate and initial assembly projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough, hands-on working knowledge of J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620E and IPC 7711/7722
- Knowledge and ability to demonstrate the use of common tools associated with electro-mechanical assembly
- Experience with Continuous Improvement/LEAN principles/5-S Methodologies
