Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and (3) three to (five) five years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensures all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Acts as primary liaison between sales and operations.
- Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensures resource availability and allocation.
- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manages changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Writes and submits change orders to customers or key stakeholders.
- Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Successfully manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and negotiates an outcome that meets the needs of the company and client.
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Develops scopes of work, estimates and proposals in conjunction with the applications/proposals group.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
