Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working in the Mobile product and/or platform domain
- 2+ years of management experience
- Knowledge and experience of working on CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in leading product definition, managing trade-offs, and driving customer adoption
- Experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring engineers
- Solid experience working in an agile development environment
- Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-7 engineers
- Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
- Collaborate across functions with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure a seamless cross-platform experience for our customers
- Implement streamlined processes to facilitate team scalability and productivity, while maintaining agility to adapt to our dynamic environment
- Set the vision and lead initiatives to improve the development workflow of code, build, test and deploy to increase engineering velocity
- Be a hands-on technical leader and participate in designing and implementing new systems and tools
- Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
- Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company’s values
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably have experience in mobile app development and/or leading mobile teams
