Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend or mobile systems
- Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks, data instrumentation, and growth loops
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
- Familiarity with monetization platforms like RevenueCat, Google Play Store or StoreKit
- Strong product intuition and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Designers, and Analysts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a strong bias for action
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering strategy for growth-related initiatives, such as onboarding optimization, pricing experimentation, lifecycle messaging and paywall iteration
- Partner with Product and Data to design and run A/B tests focused on conversion, retention, and engagement
- Oversee technical implementation of monetization experiments, including paywalls, subscriptions, pricing, and offer logic
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers through technical and career development
- Collaborate with infra and data teams to ensure our experimentation frameworks and analytics pipelines are robust and scalable
- Support international growth through localization, regionalized feature development, and launch-readiness efforts
