Hands-on experience building and maintaining ELT pipelines, working with SQL, DBT, Python, and OLAP databases like Snowflake.
Track record of improving team processes, optimizing workflows, and driving measurable impact.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Engineering, to align data initiatives with business goals.
Strong communication skills, with a history of effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving clear, iterative solutions.
History of coaching and developing talent, fostering a high-performance engineering culture.

Drive execution, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, reliable data solutions aligned with business priorities.
