Requirements
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience as an EM on a full-stack team
- 7+ years of industry experience
- Experience navigating ambiguous business problems and tackling high-scale technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of the team charter, working alongside cross-functional partners
- Lead the identification and conception of scalable systems that power insurance offerings while prioritizing Dasher safety and making Dashing easier and more seamless
- Build systems and products that have a tangible impact on Dashers and a direct business impact on DoorDash
- Scale the team by growing internal talent and attracting world-class talent
