Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Extensive knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics
- Extensive knowledge of effective planning techniques
- Extensive knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools
- Extensive understanding of effective communication concepts
- Extensive knowledge of a given technology and various application methods
- Working knowledge of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities
- Working knowledge of processes involved in managing people
Responsibilities
- Sustainment Planning and Assurance of Supply
- Ensure successful delivery of NPI, CPI, Cost reduction, Supplier validation and component regulatory compliance
- Managing short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects
- Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams
- Providing technical guidance to global team
- Establishing strategies for electronic component sustainment and obsolescence management
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams rooted in data-driven decision-making
- Experience with E&E components and/or ICS engine and machine systems
- Experience managing a product portfolio within a design control framework
- Solid background in budget management
