Requirements
- 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager
- 5+ years as a software engineer
- Experience with login, authentication, bot detection and SSO
- Track record of shipping products that drive business impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player attitude – we are building this together!
- Excited to work onsite at NYC headquarters 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Write code every day to support and expand Pinwheel’s connectivity products – including PreMatch, our partnerships with payroll providers.
- Lead, coach, and enable a stellar team of engineers to enable growth, ownership, and impact.
- Collaborate with Product to shape our product roadmap.
- Prioritize work to maximize the impact of your team.
- Build a powerhouse team through coaching, career development, and hiring.
- Be accountable for your team’s results.
- Help us to enhance our great engineering culture.
- Identify headcount needs for the team and recruit high-caliber engineering talent.
