Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.
- Knowledge of React for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks.
- Experience or coursework in Ruby and/or GoLang for developing backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features for Illumio’s security products.
- Work with senior engineers within team to implement end-to-end features including frontend, backend and unit testing.
- Contribute to building and maintaining APIs, integrating business logic, and ensuring that backend services scale effectively for hybrid use cases.
- Collaborate with backend teams to implement features in Ruby and GoLang, ensuring they work seamlessly with the frontend.
