Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years completed in a STEM related degree and a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work within Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drawing verification – teach the ability to read drawings / schematics correctly and show the value of being able to do so. From piping and duct drawings to electrical one-lines and controls.
- Validation protocol generation and testing – immerse in a validation project to show how and why it’s important to verify our equipment against specifications and User Requirements.
- Project Management – small project to work collaboratively with Engineering, Validation, and stakeholders.
- Automation – Work in a small automation centered team or project. Understand the whys around automation in a practical setting. Work through the rationale learn some of the programming aspects.
- Troubleshooting – plant wide. As available, immerse into some of the plant scenarios where our SME’s respond to an issue and work with them to resolve.
