Requirements
- Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university. Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Graduation date of May 2026 or later with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and high attention to detail and accuracy of information.
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to learn other programs used by various AAM departments.
- Must be available to work at least 25 hours per week throughout the school year and Eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks.
- Create performance-based reports.
- Conduct delay studies to loss areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
- All other duties as assigned.
