Requirements
- Manage the life cycle of Site Assets for optimized utilizations and value, including both the buildings, hard-wares, controls systems, utilities, facilities, and the landscapes.
- Implement progressive maintenance systems and standards including asset logs and ranking, maintenance planning and procedures, breakdown maintenance, parts and storeroom, budgets.
- Lead the site Sustainability, Environmental and Safety Programs.
- Lead the team of Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Landscaping maintenance and Water recovery plant technician/operator.
- Support in delivery of outstanding performance in all aspects of the site (Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Morale).
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards and compliance to maintenance regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Attend daily Engineering and Asset care review meetings, and take appropriate action to provide support to course correct non conformance.
- Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to raise, discuss and follow up on persistent performance issues to root cause problem solving and effective control.
- Establish the relationship with vendors.
