Requirements
- B.S. in STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or related area and 2 years of experience; M.S. in STEM or related area and 0 years of experience.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles and practices
- Experience in requirements management, system architecture development, and CONOPs.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret and SCI security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a space or ground system development program
- Experience presenting to customers
- Experience working with a cross-discipline team
- Experience in M1 mission design, satellite ground software, distributed modeling & simulation
- Ability to architect with MBSE and tie analysis products to model behavior
- Understanding of system of system architecture designs the interplay between various national security customers and products
- Mission system requirements, verification/validation planning, mission planning/execution, mission analysis, modeling/simulation, system trade studies, and expertise with various engineering tools such as MATLAB, STK, and similar tools
