Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, finance (investment banking, real estate private equity, investor relations), or customer-facing roles at a SaaS company
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with analytically-minded customers who care about outcomes
- Excited by ambiguity and energized by the opportunity to build from scratch
- Excellent communicator — able to distill complex topics and make them actionable
- Comfortable with data — both in analyzing it and presenting it to executive-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, or real estate tech workflows is a plus
- Willingness to work in person at our NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week
Responsibilities
- Drive Onboarding & Time-to-Value: Lead Owners through implementation and onboarding to ensure a fast, smooth ramp. You’ll tailor training sessions, field strategic questions, and align on how EliseAI drives NOI.
- Be a Strategic Growth Partner: Manage a portfolio of Owner accounts and proactively identify ways to grow product adoption, expand use cases, and strengthen ROI.
- Develop & Iterate on Playbooks: Build and refine repeatable processes to deliver high-quality service and engagement at scale, helping us define what success looks like across different Owner profiles.
- Lead Business Reviews & Strategic Sessions: Run high-impact conversations that connect our product performance to each Owner’s broader investment goals.
- Leverage Data to Drive Outcomes: Monitor usage trends, performance benchmarks, and portfolio-level insights to surface opportunities and risks.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer: Share feedback and insights with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on Owner needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SaaS, APIs, or real estate tech workflows is a plus
