Requirements

  • Solid academic foundation in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience with a Big 4, MBB, or similar technology consulting firm is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record as an Engagement Manager in technology-driven projects (such as ERP, digital technologies, low-code platforms, and more).
  • Deep understanding and advanced knowledge of at least one core technology or industry sector.
  • Experience managing projects with distributed or remote teams, ensuring seamless coordination across geographies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and practical experience with various implementation methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both client-facing and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both tasks and teams, driving performance and achieving project goals.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of high-impact e-commerce strategies and solutions that align with client business goals and drive digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and implement long-term digital roadmaps, ensuring their business strategies are supported by scalable and future-proof technology solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into project delivery to ensure clients remain competitive in their markets.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans that maximize ROI and business outcomes, ensuring that each project contributes meaningfully to the client’s long-term success.
  • Oversee and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between business analysts, technical experts, and stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic discussions to ensure alignment on project vision and goals.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, proposing strategic actions to mitigate challenges and capitalize on potential business growth areas.
  • Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to continuously monitor project performance, optimizing processes for improved efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure the development of scalable and sustainable e-commerce solutions that can evolve with the client’s business needs and technological advancements.
  • Deliver clear, insightful, and actionable reports to senior client leadership, providing strategic recommendations based on project data and analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a manager in technology or management consulting is highly preferred for this role.
  • Project Management Certification: PMP other recognized Project Management certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
